Our online Spirit Wear Store is designed a little differently than a traditional fundraiser.

Instead of ordering large quantities of inventory, storing boxes of apparel, and organizing pickup events, each item is made especially for you after you place your order. Your order is printed, packed, and shipped directly to your home by our fulfillment partner.

This approach allows us to:

  • Offer spirit wear year-round instead of only once or twice a year.

  • Provide many more products, colors, and sizes.

  • Eliminate inventory and waste.

  • Reduce the workload for our PTO volunteers so they can spend more time supporting students and school events.

Where Does My Money Go?

Every purchase is divided into three parts:

  • Product Cost – Covers the cost of manufacturing your item.

  • Shipping – Covers packaging and delivery directly to your home.

  • PTO Fundraising – The remaining portion supports our PTO and helps fund programs, events, and activities for our students.

We intentionally keep our prices as affordable as possible so that more families can participate. That means our fundraising margin on each item is modest, but every purchase still makes a meaningful contribution to our school community.

For example, a $15 garden flag includes the cost of producing the flag, printing the design, and shipping. The PTO receives only a portion of that purchase—not the full selling price—but every order helps support our mission.

How Your Purchase Supports Our School

We know it's helpful to understand where your money goes. That's why we're committed to being transparent about how our Spirit Wear Store works. Every purchase helps support our school, while also covering the cost of producing and delivering a custom-made item just for you.

Thank You

Whether you're buying your first t-shirt or adding a garden flag, mug, or sweatshirt to your collection, you're helping build school spirit while supporting the students, teachers, and programs that make our school community special.

Thank you for supporting our PTO!

How Our Spirit Wear Store Works

A Real Example: Where Your Purchase Goes

We believe in being transparent about how our Spirit Wear Store works.

When you purchase an item, the full purchase price does not go directly to the PTO. Every product has three components:

  • Product Cost – The cost to manufacture and professionally print the item.

  • Shipping – The cost to package and deliver your order directly to your home.

  • PTO Support – The remaining amount helps fund PTO programs, events, and activities.

The PTO does not receive the shipping cost. Shipping is paid directly to our production partner to print, package, and deliver your order.

The portion that supports the PTO also helps cover the operating costs of running the online store, such as website hosting, payment processing, and other expenses. The remaining funds go directly toward supporting our students, teachers, school programs, and community events.

Our goal has never been to maximize profit on every item. Instead, we've chosen to keep prices as affordable as possible while offering families a convenient, year-round way to show their school spirit and support our PTO.

Every purchase, whether it's a garden flag, sweatshirt, mug, or t-shirt it helps make a difference. Thank you for supporting our school community!

Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

1

Each item is printed just for you after you order, so your purchase ships directly from our production partner instead of the PTO. This means no waiting for group orders, no inventory, and no pickup events.

Why are some items more expensive than similar products at a big-box store?

2

Every item is custom printed on demand in small quantities rather than mass-produced. Pricing also includes the cost of manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, and shipping. We work to keep prices as low as possible while still raising funds for our school.

How much of my purchase supports the PTO?

3

Only a portion of each purchase becomes fundraising revenue. The rest covers the cost of producing and shipping your item. We intentionally keep our markup low to make spirit wear affordable for more families while still generating funds that support PTO programs and activities.

Why not sell everything in bulk?

4

We've done that in the past, but it required volunteers to collect orders, manage inventory, sort hundreds of items, and organize distribution. Our current store allows us to offer spirit wear all year while significantly reducing the workload on volunteers.
